SCHEDULING 

TREATMENT TOTALING $200 OR MORE REQUIRES A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT 

This will go towards your services with the remaining balance being due at the completion of your appointments. If you need to cancel within 24hrs of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. 

CANCELED APPOINTMENT

Effective 06/01/2021

We ask that you provide us within 48 hrs notice of cancellation for any appointments. Upon no show or cancellations there will be a fee charge for cleaning of $30 and for treatment with the doctor will be of $90. 

COURTESY CALL

Please call to let us know if you will be later then 10min to your appointment. Our appointments are often booked back to back which means a large possibility of needing to reschedule your appointment to a later time or date. 

CHILD SUPERVISION

We ask that you remain in the office while your child is having dental treatment done. If it is necessary to make any changes to the treatment plan we will need your consent. If you are not in the office we will not be able to provide treatment.

We allow one parent per child to accompany them during the dental cleanings. At the start of all other dental procedures one parent is allowed in the treatment room, before the dentist starts the treatment you will be asked to leave the room. This helps us put our focus on your child to give them the best care. At any time you have any questions you are more than welcome to ask the front desk they are skilled to help you.
